​Theresa is a Gerontologist and Dementia Care Specialist with a bachelors degree in dementia care and a graduate certificate in gerontological healthcare. She has worked in this field for the past 8 years and has become an expert in the field of Younger Onset Dementia. Theresa also provides training for service providers, aged care homes and private families. 

​Hannah is a younger onset dementia specialist and clinical nurse, She has worked across a broad range of hospital environments over the past 12 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge to the DSG team. Hannah joined our community team late in 2023 and is now an integral part of our business.
